Weapon Sounds operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

- Communications with us including the content of customer support enquiries, emails, and messages sent through the support chat on our site.
- Marketing preferences including whether you have consented to email or text message marketing, and when that consent was given or withdrawn.
- Promotional entries including information you submit to enter an on-site promotion, such as our spin-to-win offer, or a lead form we run on a social platform.
- Device information including information about your device, browser, or network connection, your IP address, and other unique identifiers.
- Usage information including how and when you interact with or navigate the Services.

WHERE WE GET IT

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

- Deliver ChamberVox. To generate audio from the prompts and settings you submit, meter and display your credit balance, keep your recent takes available to you, and support the plugin.
- Marketing and advertising. To send marketing and promotional communications by email or text message where you have consented, and to show you advertisements on the Services or other platforms, including based on your previous activity.
- Security and fraud prevention. To authenticate your account, provide a secure payment experience, and detect, investigate or act on possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not share your password with anyone.
- Communicating with you. To provide customer support and maintain our relationship with you.
- Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, and enforce or investigate potential violations of our terms or policies.

THE CHAMBERVOX SERVICE
----------------------

ChamberVox is our vocal plugin. It is sold and billed separately from our Shopify store, and it uses its own account system at app.weaponsounds.com (https://app.weaponsounds.com).
- When you generate a vocal, the text prompt you type, any lyrics you supply, and your settings are transmitted to our servers so the audio can be produced and returned to you.
- Generated takes are retained for 30 days so you can recover work if your session, connection, or DAW is interrupted, then removed on our normal cycle.
- We record your credit balance and usage so plans can be metered accurately.
- Payment for ChamberVox is processed by Lemon Squeezy, not Shopify. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy notice.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE MARKETING

Where you have given consent, for example by entering an on-site promotion or a lead form, we may send you marketing by email and by text message. We use a marketing platform to manage these lists and send these messages; your name, email address, phone number and consent status are stored there.
- Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.
- If you opt out of marketing we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as order confirmations, download links, or account and billing notices.

THE SUPPORT CHAT

Some of our pages offer a support chat. Messages you send through it are transmitted to our own servers and answered by an automated assistant, with human follow-up where needed.
