ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through Weapon Sounds are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

EXCEPTIONS

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at admin@weaponsounds.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

EUROPEAN UNION — DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER

If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge and agree that by completing your purchase and initiating the download of any digital product, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and waive your right to withdraw from the purchase under the EU 14-day cooling off period, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
