Refund policy

Everything Weapon Sounds sells is digital and delivered immediately, so we do not give cash refunds once a download has started. Instead, most sample packs come with a 30-day store credit guarantee, explained below.

Please check the product page, the format, and the audio demos before you buy. If you are unsure whether something fits your setup or your genre, email us first and we will tell you honestly.

30-day store credit guarantee

If a sample pack is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your order and we will give you store credit for the amount you paid for it, to spend on any other product in our store.

• One guarantee claim per customer.
• It covers single sample packs and Serum preset packs.
• It does not cover bundles that combine two or more packs: Overdrive x Echo Chamber Tech House Bundle, Overdrive x Echo Chamber Vocal Mega Bundle, Indie Tech Vocal Mega Bundle, and The Everything Vocal Collection.
• It does not cover subscriptions (Vocal Vault, ChamberVox), free packs, or products that were free through a discount code.
• Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is applied to the email address used for the original order.

When we will put it right

Separately from the guarantee, contact us and we will fix any of the following, with a cash refund where noted:

• Your download fails, expires before you retrieve it, or arrives corrupt or incomplete. We will re-issue your files.
• You were charged more than once for the same product. We refund the duplicate.
• You were charged for a subscription you had already cancelled. We refund it.
• The product materially differs from how it is described on its page. If we cannot resolve it, we refund it.

Email admin@weaponsounds.com with your order number and what went wrong. We would rather sort it out than have you feel burned.

Subscriptions

Vocal Vault and ChamberVox are recurring subscriptions.

• You can cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing us.
• Cancelling stops all future renewals.
• Cancelling does not refund the period you have already paid for. You keep access until the end of that billing period.
• We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
• Files you downloaded while subscribed remain yours to use under the licence in our Terms of Service. Archive and member portal access ends when the subscription ends.

If you forget to cancel and are billed for a renewal you did not intend, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will look at it. We are not obliged to refund it, but we would rather keep you as a customer than keep your money.

ChamberVox credits

Credits included with a ChamberVox plan are for that billing period. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable, whether used or unused.

ChamberVox is currently in beta. If a generation fails or produces nothing usable because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will credit your account.

Free packs, promotions and discount codes

Free products, prize codes and promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a different product. If a discount code was not applied at checkout, contact us before placing the order rather than after. We cannot retroactively apply a code to a completed order.

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area

Consumers in the UK and EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception. By completing your purchase and starting your download, you ask us to begin performance straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us first. We answer quickly and we would rather solve the problem directly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account and download access being suspended while the claim is investigated.
